🧵 What to Provide With Your Digitizing Request

To ensure your design is digitized quickly and accurately, please include the following:

1. Your Name and Billing Address

Used for invoicing and record purposes only.

2. Preferred Email Address

This is where your invoice and final files will be sent.

3. Machine Embroidery Format Needed

Examples include: PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3, and more.
Not sure which format you need?
No problem — I can help you choose, and I typically include a DST file by default, as it’s compatible with most machines and software.

4. Final Embroidery Size

Please specify your desired sew-out dimensions.
If you need multiple sizes, just let me know!

Note: Most designs can be resized within ±10%, depending on density and stitch type.
